- | Treat officials with respect. They are not perfect and will make mistakes just like the kids, coaches and parents. Officials associations are looking for new members if they feel they can do it better. |

Health and Safety |
- | Keep cleanliness a focus. Tell athletes to wash clothes and shower regularly. Do not share clothes or towels. | |
- | Football coaches should have players spray down helmets/shoulder pads weekly with bleach solution (Saturday morning or Friday night so it has weekend to dry). |
Injury |
- | Athletes need to report all suspected injuries | |
- | If see a doctor for an injury and he/she prescribes no activity, the doctor must provide a release to return to play | |
- | Athletic trainer may override release to return to play if they deem the injury will not allow full activity without additional damage |
Concussion Awareness/Sudden Cardiac Arrest (ALL SPORTS) |
- | Handouts/educational information for parents | |
- | Discuss signs and symptoms of both health issues | |
- | Remind parents that if suspect symptoms, get care from physician. | |
