RESOLUTION AND CALCULATION OF SPECIAL LEVY ROLLBACK - GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the State Legislature has provided funds mandating special levy
re1 ief for 1976 in Senate Bill 2971, and
WHEREAS, such funds will enable our district to reduce its 1976 General
Fund special levy in the amount of $911,955 as calculated below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Snohomish County Board of
County Commissioners be requested to reduce the 1976 excess tax levy for
the General Fund by the amount of $911,955 to a total of $4,648,795; as
approved by the Board of Directors of the Everett School District in
their meeting of October 6, 1975, and as submitted to the Snohomish County...
