Fung is a Mukilteo resident which is represented by Shin.
Shin first earned a GED and then went on to earn a Master of Public and International Affairs, Master of Arts and finally a Ph.D.
from the University of Washington.
Before that, he served in the House of Representatives from 1993-1994.
