authorizes school district boards of directors to delegate control,
supervision and regulation of any of the aforesaid activities to any voluntary, nonprofit entity and to compensate any such entity for servicesprovided subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions and approval by the State Board Of Education.
The Board of Directors retains the right to establish eligibility
standards that meet or exceed the rules and regulations of WIAA.
