  • NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,
1.
  • There is a need to seek a waiver from the State Board of Education from the provisions of the
minimum one hundred eighty day student school year requirement ofRCW 28A.150.220 (5) to allowfor three (3) staff training days;2.
  • That the Superintendent is authorized to immediately prepare and submit a waiver request to the State
Board of Education as set forth in WAC 180-18-050 on behalf of the Everett School District No.2 forthe year's 2002-03,2003-04, and 2004-05.
