WHEREAS, WAC 180.29.120 requires board approval of district personnel for thepurpose of serving as school district authorized agent for school facilities, thus,BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Everett School District No.2,Snohomish County, that Jeffrey S.
Riddle, Associate Superintendent, Finance and
Operations, and Michael T.
Gunn, Director of Facilities and Planning, are authorized to
serve as school district authorized agents for school facilities under WAC 180.29.120.
