We will discuss the student discipline later in our SOSR, but the teacher aspect of the code spills into all of the work we are doing and that which we know that needs to be done.
Moving forward, and as we will see in our data, we continue to see the need to build cultural competency in our staff, as we need to move beyond stereotypes and preconceived notions regarding Asian students.
