Yesterday afternoon’s ballot count gave the bond another percent in favor, increasing the Yes votes
to 58.30%.
- While this is affirming and shows the impact of the Citizen’s Committee’s phone call
strategy in support of schools, the results were not positive enough to bring the bond up to the 60
percent supermajority.
