WHEREAS, Peggy Chum and Jeffrey S.
- Riddle have been designated as Superintendents/Secretaries to
the Board of Everett School District No.2 effective April 5, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Secretaries to the Board are required to sign all warrants ordered to be issued by the
Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the number of payroll and all accounts payable warrants issued each month by Everett
School District if signed personally by the President of the Board would impose too great a task;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.2,
