District No.2 (the "District") to award the contract for Evergreen Middle
Modernization/Replacement!Additions to Wick Constructors, Inc.
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

- The contract for Evergreen Middle School Modernization/Replacement/Additions
is awarded to Wick Constructors, Inc., in the amount of $15,298,000, including a
base bid of $15,234,000 and Alternate No.1 of $64,000.
