BOARD RESOLUTION NO.
- WHEREAS, the District awarded the Jefferson Elementary Addition
Project to Kirtley-Cole Associates, Inc.
- has met all of their obligations for final completion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the District accepts as final
and complete the Jefferson Elementary School Project;
AND RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Superintendent, or his/her
designee is authorized and directed to execute any agreements on behalf of the
District as may be required with respect to the Jefferson Elementary School
Addition Project.
