Whitehall Properties, LLC Limited Use Pennit
A Resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the
Everett School District No.2 (the "District") to declare certain
property rights with respect to a sloped portion of property
located in the 3600 block of Norton Ave, adjacent to the
Sequoia High School, as surplus real property, which rights are
not presently required for school purposes, authorizing the
Superintendent or his designee to enter a limited use permit
applicable to that portion of the Sequoia High School site,
which limited use permit contains an option to purchase that
portion of the Sequoia High School site.
