RECOGNITION OF DR.
- Cobbs has been a conductor and music director with the Everett Youth Symphony Orchestras in two
stints since 1980, totaling twelve years.
- Cobbs is well-lmown for his deep knowledge of music, the enjoyment he brings to rehearsals and
concerts, and the strong guidance and inspiration he provides to young musicians; and
WHEREAS, Dr.
- Cobbs has decided to retire from his leadership
position with the Everett Youth Symphony Orchestras and give another conductor an opportunity to work with the
groups; and
WHEREAS, on May 21,1996, Dr.
- Adopted this 13th day of May, 1996.
