A Resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board")
of the Everett School District No.2 (the "District") to
approve and ratify certain real property conveyances
and interagency agreements negotiated and
executed by the Superintendent and the
Superintendent's designee.
- WHEREAS, the Superintendent (or the Superintendent's designee) has, on behalf of the
District, negotiated and executed certain conveyances and interagency agreements
which are more particularly described on the attached appendix A (the "Executed
Agreements");
