FISCAL YEAR 1984-85
WHEREAS the FY 1984-85 budget, for the various funds, must be adopted on or
before August 31, 1984, AND, shall incluJe in the General Fund as estimated
revs:nue, that part of the 1985 General Fund Maintenance and Operation Excess
LEvy estimated to be received during the 1984-85 fiscal period, AND;
WHEREAS within the provisions of Chapter 325 ff Laws of 1977, 1st Extraordinary
Session, Everett School District No.2, of Snohomish County proposed
and had approved, a 1985 General Fund r.'laintenance and Operation Excess Levy in
the amount of $5,500,000, AND;
WHEREAS the 1985 General Fund Maintenance and Operation Excess Levy cannot
