Regulation of Firearms and Dangerous Weapons on School District Property
Unless specifically authorized by this policy, it It is a violation of district policy and state law
for any person to carry a firearm or dangerous weapon on school district property, or districtprovided transportation.
- It is the policy of Everett Public Schools that the presence of firearms and other
dangerous weapons in the workplace or educational environment is to be minimized as
much as possible.
- Dangerous Weapons
The term Dangerous “dangerous weapons” under state law includes but are not limited to:
sling shots, sand clubs, metal knuckles, ...
