President Petersen called for a rest break at 6:55 p.m.
President Petersen re-convened the special meeting at 7:05 p.m.
Jeff Moore distributed copies of a draft of Resolution 996 (Res.25/10).
Following a review and discussion, Kristie Dutton moved to approve Resolution 996 to submit a supplemental educational programs and operations levy to the voters on August 17, 2010 as described in the resolution. Carol Andrews seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously.
