WHEREAS, provisions ofW.A.C.
392-342-025 and W.A.C.
392-344-035 require
certification by the Board of Directors concerning racial imbalance prohibition related toconstruction of facilities; andWHEREAS, a replacement project is proposed for James Momoe Elementary School;NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the EverettSchool District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington, certifies that the proposed schoolfacility will not create or aggravate racial imbalance, as defined in the above WashingtonAdministrative Code, within the Everett School District boundaries.
