CANCEL WARRANTS OUTSTANDING DATED PRIOR TO AUGUST 31, 2005WHEREAS, Everett Public Schools maintains a system of funds with the COlmtyTreasurer in accordance with state law, and;WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 39.56.040; Everett Public Schools must cancel warrantsnot presented within one year of their date of issue by passage of a Board resolution;NOW, THEREFO:RE, BE IT RESOLVED that outstanding warrants dated prior toAugust 31, 2005, be cancelled.
