Abstract:	RESOLUTION NO. 821 INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENTFOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTWITH YELM COMMUNITY SCHOOLS NO.2WHEREAS, each of the Parties is a duly constituted School District organized andexisting under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Washington.
