INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENTFOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTWITH THE MUKILTEO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.6WHEREAS, each of the Parties is a duly constituted School DistIict organized andexisting under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Washington.
  • This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by either Party upon thirty
(30) days written notice to the other Party.
  • The Everett School District and the Muldlteo School Distlict reserve the light to
contract purchases independently, with or without notice to the other Party.
