CANCEL WARRANTS NOT PRESENTED WITHIN ONE YEARWHEREAS, Everett Public Schools maintains a system of funds with the CountyTreasurer in accordance with state law, and;WHEREAS, Everett Public Schools recognizes the need to cancel warrants not presentedwithin one year of their issue pursuant with RCW 39.56.040;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that warrants dated prior to August 31,1999, not presented for payment, be cancelled.
