A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ACT ONBEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN MATTERS OF INVESTMENTOF SCHOOL DISTRICT FUNDSWHEREAS, it would be in the best interest ofthe District to have funds invested when not neededfor current operations; andWHEREAS, RCW 28A.320.300 provides that the Board ofDirectors may delegate authority toan employee, officer or agent of the school district to direct investment activity through the countytreasurer for the benefit ofthe District;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors ofthe Everett SchoolDistrict No.
