WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Board of Directors of the Everett School District No.2 to enterinto appropriate programs which will meet the needs of disabled students; andWHEREAS, it is desired to utilize to the best advantage existing programs, services and facilitiesthereby eliminating unnecessary duplication; andWHEREAS, in so doing, it becomes necessary to share programs, services and facilities on anInterdistrict Cooperative basis with other districts.
