CANCEL WARRANTS NOT PRESENTED WITHIN ONE YEARWHEREAS, Everett Public Schools maintains a system offunds with the CountyTreasurer in accordance with state law, and;WHEREAS, Everett Public Schools recognizes the need to cancel warrants not presentedwithin one year oftheir issue pursuant with RCW 39-56-040;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that warrants not presented within one yearoftheir date ofcall, be canceled on an annual basis.
