"Accreted Value at Maturity" means the Accreted Value of
any Capital Appreciation Bond on the date all of the principalthereof and interest thereon is scheduled to be paid, 'which isequal to $5,000 or any integral multiple thereof for eachCapital Appreciation Bond.

"Interest Payment Date" means June 1 and December 1 in each
year.
"Underwriter" means, collectively, Dain Bosworth
