School-Age Child Care ProgramsWHEREAS~ the Legislature appropriated funds for start-up andexpansion of school-age child care programs; andWHEREAS, the District currently has before- and after-schoolchild care pr~9rams operating in its facilities; andWHEREAS, the demand for before- and after-school child careprograms is not being met by the existing programs;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors ofEverett School District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington,authorizes the Administration to seek funding for a school-agechild care program start-up and expansion grant.
