WHEREAS, Snohomish County on February 27, 1991 adopted Ordinance
91-027 which created a new Title 26C to the Snohomish County Code;andWHEREAS,providesand the Ordinance provides for school adequacy standards andfor an impact fee program for public school facil i ties;WHEREAS, current projections of future school enrollments indicatea potential 30% increase in enrollments through 1996; andWHEREAS,sufficient this indicatormagnitude toCounty program.
