2 hereby adopts the VEBA III Sick Leave Conversion Medical
Reimbursement Plan (hereinafter the "Plan") pursuant to RCW 28A.400.210 for thebenefit of employees of each recognized represented or unrepresented group whichelects such benefit annually.
