RESOLUTION 518AResolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of theEverett School District No.2 (the "District"): (i) declaring theexistence of an emergency due to fire damage at Cascade HighSchool, (ti) waiving the requirements of RCW 28A.335.190 withrespect to purchases and contracts associated with remedialaction for such damage, and (iii) authorizing the District'sSuperintendent to expedite repairs with respect to suchdamage.
The Everett Fire Department responded to the alarm at approximately 11:30 p.m.,
secured the alarm, and left the Cascade High School campus at approximately 4:00 a.m.
