CANCEL WARRANTS NOT PRESENTED WITHIN ONE YEARWHEREAS, Everett School District maintains a'system of funds with the County Treasurerin accordance with state law, and;WHEREAS, Everett School District recognizes the need to cancel warrants not presentedwithin one year of their issue pursuant with RCW 39-56-040;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that warrants not presented within one year oftheir date of call, be canceled on an annual basis.
