Everett School Employee Benefit Trust (“Trust”) provides one or more group health plans subjectto HIPAA’s security regulations (collectively the “Group Health Plan”) for eligible employees ofthe Everett School District (“District”).
The Group Health Plan is sponsored by the District and
the Everett Education Association (collectively the “Plan Sponsor”).
Members of the District’s
workforce may create, receive, maintain, or transmit certain limited amounts of electronicprotected health information (as defined below) on behalf of the Plan Sponsor, for planadministration functions.
