If such restraint or isolation is used,
school staff will promptly notify the principal or principal’s designee, who will verbally notifythe parent/guardian of the affected student within 24 hours and will send written notification tothe parent/guardian of the affected student within five (5) business days of the use of restraint orisolation.
The principal or principal’s designee will review the incident with the staff member
involved and the student and the parent/guardian....
