“Kid in Transition”We currently have over 600 students who are enrolled in Everett PublicSchools and are qualified as a “Kid in Transition” (KIT).
This means
they are either unsheltered (they don’t know where they will sleeptonight), doubled-up with another family, in a temporary shelter, living ina car, or in another unstable home situation.
In the past, we have had generous
donations during the holiday season to help our KIT families andunaccompanied youth.
Every cent donated for ‘EPS-KIT students’ will go to our KIT kids! Suggested gift card donations: Fred Meyer, Target, Wal-Mart, Safeway,
Albertsons, Winco Foods, QFC, Gas Card, Restaurant/Fas...
