Children’s health, safety and well-being must always be the primary
concern of the Agency in the delivery of services under this Contract.
If the Agency, or any of the Agency’s employees, has
reasonable cause to believe that a child has suffered abuse or neglectfrom any person, the Agency or employee must immediately reportsuch incident to CPS Intake at 1-866- ENDHARM.
