Family Involvement Requirements(See Performance Standards F-5, F-6, and F-7):Snohomish County ECEAP requires that all contractor sites host family events and parenteducation events throughout the school year.
Activity can be a parent education
activity or family event; however, at least 4 of these activities must be family events.
It is, however, best practice to include these activities in your program and may be a
good opportunity to include some parent education activities.
Parent Education Activities are activities in which parents attend to learn about a specific
topic and children are cared for in a separate space.
