Abstract:	- CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM STANDARDS Introduction The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program Standards are designed to empower students to live, learn and work as productive citizens in a global society. - 4. - Leadership skills are integrated throughout the content of each course. - Advisory committees must include balanced representation from business/industry and labor reflecting the diversity of the community. - Extended learning is managed and supervised by certified CTE teachers. - 3.1 Curriculum related to foundational knowledge and skills of a broad range of career options in a related program of study.
