DISPosmON OF SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Everett Public Schools has equipment, furniture and books in storage that have been
declared surplus to the needs ofthe District, and;
WHEREAS, the Republic ofMarshall Islands has expressed a need for equipment, furniture and
books, and;
WHEREAS, RCW 28A335.180 authorizes school districts to grant surplus personal property to
a federal, state, or local government entity, or to indigent persons, at no cost on the condition the
property be used for educational purposes;
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Everett Public Schools elects to grant certain
surplus personal property to the Republic ofMarshall Islands with the u...
