WHEREAS, the legal description used in the Distlict's conveyance to Bmst contained
an elTor that was discovered in 1999 dm-ing the preparation of a Record of Survey for the
Brust property;
WHEREAS, Brust and the District's administration believe that it is appropriate to
execute the correction deed attached hereto as Exhibit A ("ColTection Deed") to modify
record ownership to confonn to the intention ofthe parties and to cOlTespond to the actual use
ofBmst's and the Distlict's respective properties;
