- WHEREAS, the District is authorized under RCW 28A.335.090 to dispose of real
property which is no longer required for school purposes;
WHEREAS, the Board has identified such real property at 5101 Woodlawn Avenue,
Everett, Washington and declared it is not needed for school purposes (the "Surplus Property");
WHEREAS, the District is authorized under RCW 28A.335.120(6) to contract for the
services of a licensed real estate broker to facilitate the sale of real property of the District;
