A resolution of the Board of Directors of Everett School Dish'ict No.2,
Snohomish County, Washington, providing for the submission to the qualified electors
of the District at a special election to be held therein on March 14, 2000 of the
proposition whether the District should levy certain excess taxes for the Dish'ict's
General Fund for collection in 2001 and 2002.
- Upon approval by the voters of the ballot proposition substantially as hereinafter
set forth, the District may use the proceeds of said levies during the 1999-2000 and
2001-2002 school years by incurring an indebtedness by the issuance of warrants
against the General Fund...
