ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 BUDGET
WHEREAS, WAC 392-]23-054 requires that the District's Fiscal Year 2009-20] 0 Budget
be adopted and tax levies cel1ified on or before August 3],2009, and
WHEREAS, a public notice was published announcing that on August 25, 2009, the Board
of Directors of Everett Public Schools would hold a public meeting for the purpose of fixing
and adopting the 2009-20] 0 Budget; and
WHEREAS, the District has certified for 20] 0 a General Fund Maintenance and Operations
Excess Levy in the amount of $36,500,000, and a Debt Service Fund Levy of $36,400,000;
