Asset Preservation System - Gateway Middle School
WHEREAS, WAC 392-347-023 is intended to protect the public capital
investment of all post-1993 state assisted facilities through the appropriate levels of
maintenance in order to be eligible for future state capital funding assistance, and;
WHEREAS, in order to comply with WAC 393-347-023 the district shall adopt a
resolution committing the district to maintain this school facility to a safe and healthy
standard through the implementation of an Asset Preservation System on or before
December 31, 2009, and;
