Sustainability: Achieve a diverse membership and maintain a balanced of grade levels of team membership [32 members] by June 2012.
- Engineering: Strive to engage all members in the engineering and process of the robot and contribute to other competition-related roles to complete the robot a week before ship date.
- Service: Everyone will participate in a minimum of 2 school service projects (Octoberfest/Freshmen Orientation).
