A Resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the
Everett School District No.2 (the "District"): (i) declaring the
existence of an emergency due to an electrical malfunction at
Cascade High School, (ii) waiving the requirements of RCW
28A.
- WHEREAS, an electrical malfunction occurred at Cascade High School on
February 13, 1994 involving an electrical short and a fire in the 1200 amp, 480
volt, 3 phase secondary feeders supplying power to Building Two; and
