A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMERGENCY
REPAIR OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE CENTER
ROOF AND WAIVING THE REQUIREMENTS THAT
FORMAL COMPETITIVE BIDS OR QUOTES BE
SOLICITED FOR THE REPAIR WORK.
- WHEREAS, the roof of the Educational Service Center was damaged in a wind storm on
January 20, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the property of the District could suffer further damage if repairs are delayed
until formal bids or quotes for the repairs are solicited,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Everett School
District No.2, Snohomish County, Washington that an emergency exists and the
competitive bidding procedures are hereby waived for the repair of the damage sus...
