A resolution of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the
Everett School District No.2 (the "District") to Reject All Bids
for Jackson Elementary School Parking Lot.
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board finds that Tom-EI
Construction's bid for the work is not the best price obtainable;
AND FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board rejects all bids received for the
work;
AND FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District shall make a further call for
bids in the same manner as the original call at the time determined appropriate by
District Administration so as not to require unnecessary payment of overtime prices
of unduly disrupt school activi...
