(the "District") accepting the Vocational Education
Addition Project at Everett High School as final and complete.

WHEREAS, the Vocational Education Addition Project at Everett High
School was financed with local and state matched funds; and
WHEREAS, the G T de Architects certify that the Vocational Education
Addition Project at Everett High School is completed and that the Contractor
Western Ventures Construction, Inc.
