AUTHORIZATION BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
EVERETT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.2, SNOHOMISH COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, OF THE APPOINTMENT OF AN AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE UNDER PL 874 (81s1 Cong.) AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, Paul Sjunnesen has been designated as Superintendent of Schools/Secretary to
the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.
- 2 is located in an area affected by Federal
Activities; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.
- 2 must comply with the
terms of Public Law 874 (81st Cong.), as amended, and select a person to act as authorized
