RESOLUTION #611
A resolution of the Board of Directors of Everett School District No.2,
Snohomish County, Washington, certifying that the proposed school
construction at Evergreen Middle School, will not create or aggravate racial
imbalance within the School District boundaries.
- WHEREAS, provisions of WAC 180-26-025 and WAC 180-29-035 require
certain certification by the Board of Directors concerning racial imbalance
prohibition concerning construction of facilities; and
WHEREAS, a modernization/replacement/addition construction project is
proposed for Evergreen Middle School;
